We leveraged their excess inventory­­ available banquet room dates and empty tables­­to take advantage of lost revenue. We set them up to accept the Saturn Card and started sending in our clients, all business owners, to the existing restaurant. This increased business wasn’t moving fast enough to cover their growing construction costs, so we started buying gift certificates in bulk.

Results

Using our distribution channels we were able to drive over $100,000 in business their way. They used these increased sales toward their $899,000 construction costs.

We developed a multi­-platform sales campaign using targeted phone call campaigns to book higher ticket items, such as suites and party decks. Using our website and mobile app we promoted group tickets and suites.

Results

Overall we increased corporate sales by over $10,000 and they were able to leverage their trade dollars to increase their event rental capabilities. By purchasing things like staging, bounce houses, face painters, zip lines, A/V equipment and more with barter they are now able to add more value for all their customers.
